The hotel was pleasant, it met the demands, I loved its reasonable location just off markets, shops and restaurants as well as the lake. Good service, delightful and thoughtful staff. Reception was warm.

Perfect location; DELIGHTFUL breakfast and comfortable bed. The superior double room was well-maintained and high class. The staff was competent and helped to make our stay a brilliant experience. You could walk to shops and the markets. And it was within just 1 km from hoan kiem lake.

Absolutely amazing staff & overall cheap place to stay. It has luxury rooms with one single bed as well as dressing gowns. Top location, 15 minutes' walk to Temple of the Jade Mountain.
